Strala Yoga is a movement-oriented yoga flow. Guided by the breath, Strala Yoga uses elements from Tai Chi to lead into a calm flow of movement. Fascia Yoga focuses on the fascia, i.e. the connective tissue. This is addressed through flowing movements, vibrations, stretches and intensive feeling of the body. Fascia Yoga is both an active and passive work, in which the postures are held longer from the dynamic into the static.

Yin Yoga

Release and relax!
Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga, the exercises are held for a very long time and practiced almost exclusively in a sitting or lying position. Due to the long holding time, the deeper-lying connective tissue, the fasciae, are worked on. In this way, postural patterns can be broken up and the muscles can be optimally stretched.
Yin Yoga is particularly well suited as a complement to Yang Yoga classes such as Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga.

Während meines Studiums (Grundschulpädagogik und Englisch) arbeitete ich als Kinderyogalehrerin in einer bilingualen Kita und beschäftigte mich mit der Integration von Yoga in den Bildungsbereich.
Meine Leidenschaft zum Yoga wuchs, eine 200 Stunden Yoga Ausbildung für die Großen nach den Standards der Yoga Alliance in Thailand folgte 2012.
2014 ließ ich mich auf Bali zur Schwangerenyogalehrerin ausbilden, 2018 folgten Ausbildungen in den Bereichen Yin und Vinyasa (200 Stunden), sowie Aerial und Stand Up Paddle Yoga, ebenfalls auf Bali.
Mit der Eröffnung von EVERY DAMN DAY YOGA habe ich mir einen Lebenstraum erfüllt – dafür bin ich dankbar – every damn day!

Javier is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher certified by 1000yoga Academy. He was born in Madrid where he studied degrees in both philosophy and contemporary dance, before moving to Berlin in 2018. He uses Yoga as a tool to help develop his philosophic, physical and artistic practice. Through yoga he can look inwards to visualize himself, and express through action. This is how he understands, experiences and teaches yoga.He is teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series. His sessions provide the student with a consistent sequence, routine and knowledge to practice also independently in their daily life. The purpose of his class is for the development of physical and mental health, through sweating, stretching, massaging and stimulating the energetic channels and internal organs.

My flows are dynamic and give you the opportunity to find a spiritual intention for yourself. We travel through the body and learn to understand it better and to communicate with it.
I incorporate my knowledge of the chakras into my singing bowl meditations and Yin Yoga & Soundhealing. In these classes the vibrations of my Tibetan singing bowls help you to vibrate again in your very own rhythm and to release blockages in the chakras, on a physical and emotional level.

James completed his 200hr yoga teacher training with Power Living Australia in 2017. He went on to undertake 30 Hr Rocket Yoga teacher training with Amanda Quiambao in 2023. He has taught at leading yoga studios in Australia and Germany.

A keen student of yoga for 12 years James has completed yoga workshops with yoga’s most respected teachers: Bryan Kest, Duncan Peak, Meghan Currie, Cameron Shayne, Eoin Finn, Raghunath (Ray) Cappo, Tiffany Cruikshank, Les Leventhal, Simon Park, Cveta Jovanoska and Patrick Beach to name just a few…
James has studied Buddhism and meditation at RIGPA Australia for several years with Sogyal Rinpoche. He has also attended two 10 day Vipassana silent meditation retreats led by S N Goenka in the Blue Mountains, Australia. In addition to an affinity with yogic philosophy he is a keen student of stoic philosophy.

As an advocate of personal disruption and a firm believer in the power of a single carrot to set off a revolution James’ vinyasa flow, power yoga, yin yoga and meditation classes are recognised as dynamic and sprinkled with lived experience, yogic philosophy and positive psychology to spark self reflection along with luscious sounds.

My passion has always been movement.
At the age of 10 I started taking regular dance lessons at

After jazz, modern and ballet, I was drawn to flamenco in my early 20s.
I discovered the Pilates method when I was recovering from an injury. The interplay of strength, flexibility and stability fascinated me.
After an initial mat training, I decided to take a comprehensive mat and apparatus training with Joanna Mountifield in Berlin in 2018.
In my classes I want to convey fun in movement and help the students to work out
a good feeling for their own body through the correct execution of the exercises.

I came to yoga rather by chance.


In 2010 I decided to train as a yoga teacher for pregnant women and regression at the Berlin AG for natural birth 3HO Germany. 2016 follows Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Instructor International Karam Kriya School Shiv Sharan Singh.


Now I have been teaching for more than 10 years and have specialized in yoga for women in all circumstances.
Thus, my courses incorporate the knowledge from my many years of practice, from my trainings and from my own experiences as a woman and mother.

Eva Robayo is a Colombian dancer and choreographer based in Berlin. She grew up surrounded by the mountains of Bogota where she developed her love for dance. She attended a Musical Theatre school before moving to New York City to continue her dance training 2015. In 2016 Eva started her studies at Concordia University in Montreal, where she obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree majoring in Contemporary Dance in 2019. In 2020, after two years of training in the Pilates and Yoga world due to a back injury, she got certified as a Mat Pilates Instructor in order to explore active restorative practices.Her pilates class invites the participants to work through relaxation, strength, balance, stamina, breath and proprioception in order to cultivate physical and mental power.

I started studying yoga in college because I didn't feel "athletic" at all and needed exercise. I slowly noticed that I became more joyful, patient and stronger each week.
Soon yoga became an important part of my everyday life and I took my RYT-200 training in 2015 in Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA) at O2 Yoga. The training at O2 is accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals. I teach in both German and English and teach an athletic style of yoga based on Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
I make it a point to develop creative sequences so that we can discover the infinite possibilities of the body.

Ana holds a daily Ashtanga Yoga practice, which she develops by studying continuously with Andrea Lutz. She has also studied Pranayama, Yogic philosophy, meditation, and various somatic techniques, bringing a holistic approach to movement.

2018 I did a Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Patrick Broome and Timo Wahl in Munich. A year later I did a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Biff Mithoefer in Munich and Greece, and a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with the Power Yoga Institute in Hamburg.
My classes are characterized by effective sequences, pranayama, meditation, hands-on assists, calm music combined with the power of storytelling. You get enough time to arrive in silence and to consciously notice how you feel. You enjoy the slowness, are allowed to be patient, learn to listen to your body and take care not to stretch yourself beyond your limits.

I was born and raised in Chile. After my Dance Degree, in 2017 I completed a 200h Yoga Teacher Training. I met yoga as a way to escape and find myself again when I was feeling lost so I truly believe that yoga connects us, with ourselves and with others, which allows us to accept and be able to feel good with our own bodies and minds. I have a deep need for sharing the practice and insights that I have acknowledged throughout this time.

In my classes, you will start from less to more in order to give time to the body to reach its fullest potential. Through breath and alignment, you will dive into a dynamic and creative sequence in a caring and safe environment. Don't be surprised to find dance elements in my classes!

The most rewarding about teaching yoga, for me, is being able to help others to feel good in their own bodies and see them grow.

I discovered my passion for yoga in 2018 after a sports injury, when I felt the need to reacquaint myself with my body and find out how to help myself with discomfort. I like to pass on the idea that yoga strengthens our body awareness and enables us to respond better to our own needs in my classes.

During my training as a yoga teacher, I quickly realised that through yoga I not only get to know my body better, but also myself. On the mat I can explore my thoughts and feelings and express them in the various asanas. Conversely, by changing my physical posture, I can also take on new perspectives on life.

Während meines Studiums (Grundschulpädagogik und Englisch) arbeitete ich als Kinderyogalehrerin in einer bilingualen Kita und beschäftigte mich mit der Integration von Yoga in den Bildungsbereich.
Meine Leidenschaft zum Yoga wuchs, eine 200 Stunden Yoga Ausbildung für die Großen nach den Standards der Yoga Alliance in Thailand folgte 2012.
2014 ließ ich mich auf Bali zur Schwangerenyogalehrerin ausbilden, 2018 folgten Ausbildungen in den Bereichen Yin und Vinyasa (200 Stunden), sowie Aerial und Stand Up Paddle Yoga, ebenfalls auf Bali.
Mit der Eröffnung von EVERY DAMN DAY YOGA habe ich mir einen Lebenstraum erfüllt – dafür bin ich dankbar – every damn day!

Javier is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher certified by 1000yoga Academy. He was born in Madrid where he studied degrees in both philosophy and contemporary dance, before moving to Berlin in 2018. He uses Yoga as a tool to help develop his philosophic, physical and artistic practice. Through yoga he can look inwards to visualize himself, and express through action. This is how he understands, experiences and teaches yoga.He is teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series. His sessions provide the student with a consistent sequence, routine and knowledge to practice also independently in their daily life. The purpose of his class is for the development of physical and mental health, through sweating, stretching, massaging and stimulating the energetic channels and internal organs.

In yoga I have found healing for my body and mind and a balance for city life. My experience to create balance in life and my knowledge from my more than 500 hours of YTTC in India and Germany, I would like to share with you.
My flows are dynamic and give you the opportunity to find a spiritual intention for yourself. We travel through the body and learn to understand it better and to communicate with it.
I incorporate my knowledge of the chakras into my singing bowl meditations and Yin Yoga & Soundhealing. In these classes the vibrations of my Tibetan singing bowls help you to vibrate again in your very own rhythm and to release blockages in the chakras, on a physical and emotional level.
