Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a very dynamic and conditionally demanding style. In addition to the classic sun salutations, various asanas are combined into a flowing movement and synchronized with the breath.
Flirt with your edge!
A dynamic and energizing class that challenges every muscle. Power Vinyasa invites you to flirt with your personal edge - perhaps the beginning of a great love affair. The main component of this class is a powerful flow that synchronizes breathing and movement.
Get ready to sweat some more!
HIIT and Yoga is a blend of high intensity interval training and a vigorous yoga practice. The class will challenge you, even as a seasoned yogi or fitness fan. The intensity varies from class to class, yet each class offers variations for all levels. Strength building and energizing are at the forefront each time.
Soft is the new strong!
Strala Yoga is a movement-oriented yoga flow. Guided by the breath, Strala Yoga uses elements from Tai Chi to lead into a calm flow of movement. The focus is on one's own felt alignment, not so much on perfect external form. Strala Yoga combines permeability and strength, softness and power and is for everyone: movement-loving beginners, yogis, athletes.
Relax and restore!
With the support of a variety of tools such as bolsters, blocks and pillows, Restorative Yoga is about letting go completely and replenishing your energy reserves. Your body and mind can completely relax and recover.
Feel more balanced!
Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga in which the balance between body and mind is sought primarily through physical exercises, breathing exercises and meditation.
Transform into your best self!
Hatha Healing Flow combines asanas, movement, pranayama and meditation with a personal intention. The goals are the healthy execution of an asana, directing the consciousness to the energy in the body, balancing the autonomic nervous system (stress reduction) and using the breath to activate one's own self-healing powers.
Get a little deeper!
Fascia Yoga focuses on the fascia, i.e. the connective tissue. This is addressed through flowing movements, vibrations, stretches and intensive feeling of the body. Fascia Yoga is both an active and passive work, in which the postures are held longer from the dynamic into the static.
Release and relax!
Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga, the exercises are held for a very long time and practiced almost exclusively in a sitting or lying position. Due to the long holding time, the deeper-lying connective tissue, the fasciae, are worked on. In this way, postural patterns can be broken up and the muscles can be optimally stretched.
Yin Yoga is particularly well suited as a complement to Yang Yoga classes such as Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga.
Natural aroma kick!
A dynamic flow combined with different essential oils let you practice even more focused and help you to even more clarity & relaxation afterwards.
Forrest Yoga (FY) is based on Hatha Yoga and is a modern, very powerful style of yoga developed by Ana T. Forrest in the USA almost 40 years ago. Long held positions with deep breathing penetrates in practice through the top layer of the muscles deeper into the layers below and has a physical and emotional blockage releasing effect.
Stay fit and prepare!
In the prenatal classes you can expect a mixture of dynamic, powerful and relaxing asanas, which can be practiced at any stage of pregnancy and without previous experience. The classes counteract many pregnancy complaints and prepare optimally for the birth.

The vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls make your body vibrate and remind it to vibrate in natural frequencies again. Use the sounds that surround you as a focus to find deep meditation and relaxation. The singing bowls vibrate on the frequencies of our chakras and help you to release blockages here as well.
