All you need is YOU, comfortable clothes, a mat and an internet connection. It doesn't get any better than that, does it? You're still in your pyjamas? Who cares? Just leave your camera off if you don't want to be seen.

How can I participate ?

We offer single tickets, 5 and 10 tickets as well as an unlimited online monthly pass.

If you are an Urban Sports Club member, you can take part in the online livestreams 30 times a month.
