Meet your core!

Pilates is a figure-shaping whole-body workout that does not target individual muscles in isolation, but entire muscle chains. It combines strength with flexibility in a unique way. Muscles are stretched, the middle of the body and the entire body silhouette are tightened. It leads to better posture and balance and harmonises movement sequences in everyday life, as well as when practising other sports. The exercises are very variable and can be adapted to the anatomy, condition and goals of each individual.

First and foremost, Pilates training addresses the often neglected deep muscles of the back and core, which are particularly important for good, healthy posture. Another focus is on the optimal alignment of the individual body parts to each other, as poor posture can lead to health problems. The goal of the training is a harmonious relationship between strength and flexibility, which is achieved through controlled and precise execution of the exercises. The body is toned from the inside out. Fixed breathing patterns optimize the movements. The awareness of incorrect postures is trained, whereby negative patterns can be abandoned and replaced by more efficient ones.
