Super nice studios with relaxing room design, great probs, perfect atmosphere to let go and very large offer with only excellently trained teachers. The mix of Yang, Yin, Pilates and Arial is very balanced and you can find the class you need at any time of day. You should definitely book the singing bowl meditation, even if you find it difficult, it is the perfect introduction to meditation.

Whether it's a workshop, retreat or yoga class, so far I've always left the EDDY with a peaceful smile. Really mind-blowing and magical for me so far have been the Yin and Soundhealing sessions with Jana, which have saved one or two days. I was also grateful for the online morning sessions during the first lockdowns - I have never done so much yoga and enjoyed it as much as I did at that time.

EDDY Studios is one of my favourite studios in Berlin: I have felt very welcome since my first lesson there! The teachers are consistently top-notch and there is a wide range of classes. Whether it's relaxing Sound Healing with Yin Yoga, Aroma Yoga or Strong / Power Yoga, there's always something to suit my mood for the day. The rooms are beautiful, there is everything a yogi's heart desires in terms of equipment and you just feel completely at ease ☺️
