Come with us to Antiparos, one of the most beautiful islands in the Greek Cyclades. We'll spend five days practising yoga and Pilates together with a view of the Aegean Sea.
You can expect crystal-clear water, beautiful beaches, great food, eight yoga and Pilates sessions and a large portion of Greek hospitality.
Antiparos impresses with its picturesque old town with snow-white houses in Cycladic style, its relaxed atmosphere and one of the largest stalactite caves in Europe.
We spend the night in the beautiful Kouros Village with pool and outdoor yoga shala.
The journey is by ferry from Paros. You can fly here or take the ferry from Athens, Mykonos or Santorini.
You can easily combine the yoga retreat with island hopping in the Cyclades or a city trip to Athens.

Joint conclusion
Between yoga classes you have time to explore the island, swim in the sea, visit the stalactite cave or make a short trip to Paros. On Paros I recommend the beautiful little harbor town of Naoussa.
