What would EDDY be without our damn good community? Here is space for you and for what moves you. Lethes share some damn good vibes and connect.

Creativity...every damn day!
Eddy feels like shouldering your best friend. Depending on our moods, we can relax, unwind, power out or recharge together. Love that we can hang out off and online!
Either I hang out with my 4 men (everything from 4 to 42 years old) or I encourage my Sew Sisters to sew clothes that look nicer than bought!
I need my creative time-outs that I spend all by myself. I usually start them with a meditation to close the door on all the to-dos that are waiting to be fulfilled on my list but are bad companions for being creative.

Every damn day vegan
Super teachers and something for every mood.
I am self-employed and run Kaffee Ingwer and am also the organiser of the vegan lifestyle market "The Green Market Berlin".
After getting up, I drink a herbal tea and go to yoga 3 times a week.

My favourite studios in Berlin. I've hardly practiced anywhere else since the opening in 2019. Love the community, the stylish locations. I can just really let myself go in these studios - treat myself to my me-time. It smells amazing, is super clean, the bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and mats feel mega good. Although I recently moved my centre of life to Austria, I still join my favourite classes online every week. When I'm in Berlin, on site of course. :)
I am a freelance website designer. Together with brands that share my values, I develop design concepts and then implement them in the form of a prototype. When everything is perfectly thought out and the client is super satisfied, I "build" the website in Webflow. This programme allows me to realise my designs completely individually without having to call in a programmer. In addition, the client can easily change texts and images, add blog articles and much more. The Every Damn Day Yoga Page is one of my first Webflow projects ever. Since 2019, there have been many adjustments, of course, as the brand has grown so much. I'm super happy to be part of this journey again and again.
I work remotely from home and have a set self-care routine that is perfect for my energy level. It starts in the morning with journaling in bed. Then I do 30 minutes of yoga. Then I have a super healthy fruit porridge for breakfast. In the morning I always have a lot of energy and I can work focused for at least 3.5 hours. Followed by a healthy lunch and a mental-health-walk. It's super important for me to get out of the house and into nature once a day to get away from the laptop screen. After the second block of work, the evenings are always different, but at the end of the day I write again in the 6-minute diary.
