Mindfulness and deceleration

The class will begin with an alternate pranayama technique. Connecting to our breathing, we turn inward and focus on the here and now. Enjoy slow flowing hatha yoga movements with some downtempo background music. We will flow slowly, sensitively and with ease, calming down in a few yin poses in between, while always staying connected to our breath. At the end of the class we will come to rest in savasana, dream journey or a short meditation.

This course is especially suitable for anyone who has suffered or is still suffering from long-Covid-19. Nadja is also on her journey of healing and is happy to share what works for her with post-virally developed exercise-induced asthma. If you want to get back into exercise or start yoga, you've come to the right place.
