Empowerment Yoga

Empowerment describes our ability to lead a self-determined life.

Yoga can support us on the path to self-determination by strengthening our mental, emotional and physical awareness - because only when we know ourselves, we can co-create life in a way that feels good for us!

In Empowerment Yoga, we explore different aspects of empowerment. These include resilience, courage and inner stability as well as the topics of letting go, dealing with challenges and positive self-awareness.

The holistic practice uses various elements from Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and is accompanied by a psychological framework. This creates a self-empowering experience that can be integrated directly from the yoga mat into everyday life.

The course is suitable for all levels.
