What does that actually mean?
We breathe almost every second of every day. The first thing we do, when we come to this world is take an inhale, the last thing we do is take an exhale. And in between we breathe, unless we forget. And honestly that happens more often than we think.
The world has changed and so have we has our human species. But the world has changed faster than we were able to adapt. So we created daily habits that were meant for survival which leads to a very hectic and dysregulated nervous system. And we all know a regulated nervous system equals a happy and healthy life.
That's exactly what we can and will achieve with the right breathing. Yes you heard right, nowadays most of us have unlearned the right way to breathe.
This workshop is created to help you get to know your breath and even go one step further. Connect deeply to your breath to create a habit of breathing THE RIGHT WAY, whilst tapping into your body to bring forth feelings, thoughts and emotions that keep you from living fully. When connecting to your breath, you will connect to yourself and your ability to heal from within.

In this session, we utilize the innate power of our breath to cultivate a deep sense of trust within ourselves and establish a firm foundation of stability in our lives.
