Each yoga class has a different focus and is supported by the appropriate oil.
A weekend for all the senses, where you can recharge your batteries, relax and recharge your batteries.
The first class on Friday evening focuses on opening the heart, working with the oils rose and lavender.
On Saturday morning the focus is on power and strength and the oils lemon and rosemary, the evening is themed "Relax & Restore", for which sandalwood is the ideal fragrance.
We bring the weekend to a dynamic close with a blend of orange and mountain moth.
