The joy of yoga (on and off the mat) and her yoga practice have been a constant in Kim's life since her student days. In her yoga practice she finds the opportunity to come back to herself every day. Her yoga training includes 600+ hours and sound meditation training (Soneiro Sound Collective), and she is currently training to become a yoga therapist. While in her open classes she creates sequences that connect body and mind and are sometimes dynamically flowing, sometimes calm and powerful, in the 1:1 classes she focuses entirely on your needs. At the beginning of the class, you will find out together what you would like to focus on. Based on her many years of teaching experience, Kim designs the class according to your needs so that the one-to-one class really becomes YOUR class.
